The new club is said to own more than 140 properties and 60 boutique style hotels for their 1200 members to enjoy. According to representatives for the new company they are the fastest growing destination club in a $1 Billion industry. CEO’s of the two companies claim that by merging their talents and strengths they will be fostering a much stronger family of destination club resorts.

Although the new company has stated that they will be raising their prices the money may be well spent as than plan to run on a more sustainable business operation. With all the eco-friendly resorts popping up all over the world this may be an extremely profitable decision on their part. For them and the environment. The club claims that their merger will aid them in their ability to supply their guests with unprecedented commitment and luxury amenities, leaving their members with unparalleled vacation memories.
