Grand Spa Vacation at Punta Serena Villas in Mexico

Posted by Jess Dayuno on March 6th, 2009

A Mexican vacation full of tacos and enchiladas by a seafront resort which will give you a grand spa treatment is one great way to spend your weekend. Staying in Punta Serena Villas & Spa by BlueBay is just the thing you need to experience all that.

Imagine yourself in a white sandy beach, clear blue waters, open terraces, lounging on a sundeck watching the sun set while drinking an exotic cocktail prepared by a tanned muscular hunk with the voice and accent very much like Antonio Banderas or a very enchanting Penelope Cruz.

Do not let anyone stop you from booking at Punta Serena Villas & Spa by BlueBay for an April or May vacation so you can take advantage of the 15% discount off the regular fees.

There are just about 12 private villas and 12 deluxe bungalow type rooms in this al-inclusive resort in Costa Alegre, Mexico. The Punta Serena Villas & Spa by BlueBay offers a wide range of spa and beauty treatments from the exotic and professional massages to beauty facials, body relaxants to manicure and pedicure. Experience the full pampering of the body by experts who will make every bone and muscle in your body rested and soothe your nerves.

If you are not into spa and very much into golf, there are two challenging golf courses near the resort. One is 15 minutes away and the other is around 30 minutes away. Arrangements can be made so that staff can pick you up to and from the golf course.

However, if it’s the swimming you are after, enjoy the aquamarine waters to your heart’s content but if you want to rest your body from the salt water, the pools are just perfect.

Punta Serena Villas & Spa by BlueBay also offers a wide variety of culinary dishes that is quite mouth-watering. It would no doubt make you forget about any diet you are into.

Check out the photos and make your plans ahead of time.

The resort has white sandy beach with a coral reef that can be seen when it is low tide surrounding it is a vast color of blue which is the shimmering waters of the Pacific Ocean. There are several ways to explore the Great Barrier Reef under the water or high up in the sky. You can do it by snorkeling or a chopper ride or join one of the seaplane adventures. Another laidback way to do it is by sailing. They can be arranged; you can go by group or charter the transport for your private use.

The exotic Balearic Island in Ibiza, Spain is one attractive place to go to and just celebrate anything positive in your life or rejuvenate for a few days.

A secured electric gate will welcome you which only means that what is behind that fence is a wonderful special place to relax and party.

It has a huge pool with a barbecue area large enough to have a party for 12. Enjoy the white boutique style stone villa which is surrounded by pine trees. Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Kaya Mawa Lodge in Malawi

Posted by Jess Dayuno on February 13th, 2009

There is no greater Valentine’s Day vacation for a couple than going to a small romantic island and stay in a luxurious resort just like in the Kaya Mawa Lodge in Malawi, Africa.

It is an island where most of the things you’ll find in the local community were built by hand since there were no machineries available back when it was being established. It does have the aura of stepping back in the past.

However, the Kaya Mawa Lodge is fully equipped to make its guests’ stay comfortable and memorable. It offers 10 cottages with four poster beds and sunken marble baths with breathtaking ocean views. One of their main highlights is the honeymoon cottage which is strategically located somewhere quite private and could only be reached through wooden bridge built over the waters or by a boat.

The Lodge is a great place to have that second honeymoon away from the usual city sounds. It is like being in your own private island. However, if you are into water activities, there are plenty to choose from such as scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing and swimming.

It is easy to get to the resort. The Kaya Mawa Lodge is situated in Likoma Island somewhere in Lake Malawi. The island has an airstrip if you want to go there by plane or you can take the ferry.

Prices are reasonable and quite competitive compared to other lakeside resorts. Just take a look at the photos and I do not think you will be thinking anymore of the price tags.

Valentine’s Day Romantic Weekend Escape at North Island in Seychelles

Posted by Jess Dayuno on February 6th, 2009

The breathtaking beauty of the island will win you over. It is still in its natural state with the people ever conscious of conserving the environment. The North Island Villas will no doubt make your stay in the island truly an unforgettable one.

Each villa was constructed with simplicity in mind and making sure that a guest will still be able to enjoy the view without any obstruction with the use of sliding doors. It is built a meter above ground so that guests would be able to feel the gentle cooling breeze. It is quite large since it can hold two bedrooms.

It spells pure decadence with the huge marble bath and showers inside and outdoor whichever the guest prefer to use.  There is an outdoor private pool, a kitchen, dining area and the lounge or living room area as well.

While in the island, you can still stay connected to the outside world with the Internet access they are providing to the guests as well as complete entertainment system which includes satellite TV, and DVD players.

One thing the management can guarantee is the privacy. Each villa was strategically built that one can’t see the other so each villa can enjoy its own privacy.

This is truly an amazing island for a perfect Valentine’s Day romantic weekend escape. Although, I doubt it if you have the strength to leave on a Monday morning and I would not blame you if you decide to just stay for the whole week.

If those four masters lived there, it only means that they would probably have some of the most interesting and diverse art galleries. Not to mention priceless antiques.

The city can be explored by foot and so that would mean, you get to see everything, to the small restaurants to huge ones. You’ll find yourself immersed in their culture. Florence is quiet, classic yet very stylish. You would think that women there just came from the fashion runway.

By the way, when you plan to visit a beautiful city like Florence, you need to stay in one of the best hotels in the area and that would be Del Moro Residenza Hotel Florence. It location is its best feature as it can be found in the heart of Florence. It is quite a historical establishment built way back in the 1500. The classic Tuscany way of living can be found in Del Moro Residenza Hotel. However, since it is a luxurious hotel, price for a night stay is quite expensive but worthy of its value.
